Might be able to get me some of my order in time, but maybe not all of it. Just got a call from him saying the ENTIRE order was ready. “I needed to ship some pictures and picture frames. Although I brought my own box, it wasn't a good size for my items. An associate, Sue, noticed my struggle to get everything in the box and that's when her customer service skills took over. Sue helped me find the right size box and made sure things were packed in a way to get them through the mail damage free. Thanks to her efforts, my items did arrive on time and without damage. This kind of customer service is rare today. However, I greatly appreciate it and was pleased with my experience here.”
