There is a black guy who works here and I wish I knew his name, but really is the epitome of excellent customer service. Probably OD’ing it, but the kid was raised right. His skillset in customer service will likely take him far in his career path, whatever that may be. Good hire FedEx.

I have used this store in printing emergencies a few times and Devonte and Laura are seriously awesome at their jobs. They are so chill and patient and they respond instantly and over deliver. I hope they are getting paid enough bc the way they operate that store is awesome.
