“This location is formerly an Orscheln’s Farm and Home. I’m not a die hard TSC customer and I’ve certainly have my differences with them at times but I am 62 and have some old fashion expectations. That said, my shopping experience at this location has been very positive. They carry Purina feed which I can’t get at other local feed stores. I had the misfortune of buying a couple bags of chicken feed that was infested with weevils. The first bag I brought back with a “no questions asked” refund. The second bag I didn’t have the patience to return so I put it in the freezer for a bit and moved on.

My next visit, I was greeted by Teri. I went and picked up another bag of feed. When I checked out, I asked Teri if I should expect weevils in this bag of feed. When I explained, she verified my previous purchase and gave me a full refund on that purchase.

I was so happy that they even cared much less made the extra effort that I left a satisfied customer. I will absolutely be buying my feed and supplies from this location as long as the prices are competitive. Customer service is most important to me and that’s what I got.
