“I've been using this store for a couple of years now. It's not the most knowledgeable staff, BUT, they are always eager to help you with any issue. They always have what I need in stock. I usually go there at least once daily and I will continue to use this location even though I've moved. Another store is 3 miles closer to me now, but I will continue to use the Festus location. The dept's I use the most, Pro, paint, lumber I would recommend to anyone especially over any Home Depot.”

“Quick story for more even proof these are good people: while making a delivery to a neighbors house, my mailbox got bumped. Not a big deal. The driver immediately apologized and said he’d make it right. I called the store and spoke with Brian and a day later I got a knock on my door from the driver that made a mistake a lot of us have made in the past to let me know he was installing a new mailbox. I live .25 miles from Home Depot and 1.5 from Lowe’s. I will be driving the 9 miles to RP Lumber in Festus from here on out. Thank you.”
