“A smaller venue than the other gas stations close to the exit/entrance ramps but by far the best in town. The clerks are friendly, helpful and attentive. There is less room to maneuver due to its location but will get you on the east bound ramp much quicker than having to fight the traffic crossing the street from the BP. This is due partly because it’s on the north side of the street but also because the BP employees across the street move slower than molasses in January.”

“I LOVE BP stores!! They are always clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the drinks and snacks are plentiful. The gas prices are usually very good although it is hit and miss with any gas station as to the staff. This store was very nice and the young man working the register was polite and friendly.”
“I pulled into the station because I got a warning that my tire pressure was low. I went inside and asked if someone could help me with it. I didn't know it cost $.75. I had no cash on me and their card machines don't give back cash. Brice, the clerk, gave me the $.75 out of his own pocket and put the air in my tires for me. That was a wonderful gesture and I will pay it forward.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR GAS PRICES!Lowest gas prices in town amidst the high gas prices! Fill my tank up here every chance I get, not too far from my house, so not entirely out of the way either, but also not the closest to my house either. Great service, friendly workers, and car wash does pretty good job as well. Go here over any gas station for sure. Also if you download “GetUpside” app, you can get up to 20 cents back per gallon, (I work for Uber) anyone can use the app! (It shows deals all over town where ever you are)”

“Has some of the cheapest gas around and is a nice gas station. The only drawback is it closes at 10pm. There are many days I have to choose another station since it closes overnight.”
“I switched to Mobile when they replaced the Shell gasoline from other stations. My vehicles performance has seemed to improve too. I use the rewards card and save a little here and there. All the Mobile stations that I have visited have been clean, and safe. Seems most have a car wash, and a large selection of snacks, drinks, etc.. I have been using Mobile Premium Gasoline in all vehicles and small engines over the last year and a half.”

“I was traveling from Saint Clair, MO to O'Fallon, MO and developed a flat tire which I pulled over to look at in New Melle. My little emergency compressor would not fill the tire more than 10 pounds so I stopped in at New Melle Automotive. The Owner changed my tire for me EVEN though he had a truck in the bay he needed to use that could not be moved. I offered to wait, but Eric took pity on me, I guess, and changed my tire. This allowed me to get to my destination safely. Eric and Jan Muskopf are the owners/operators here and today they were my angels. The charge for the service was minimal and I gave them double because I was otherwise stranded. Thank you, Eric!!”

“Just passing by for gas and saw the guys making gyros in the grill/deli. Looked good, so we thought we would try them! Fantastic and totally unexpected! Quality and price were both great! We're moving in down the road and just found a new place to grab a great meal!”
“Outstanding customer service. Extremely clean store. Beautiful gas station and quick shop. Customer service rep Sierra averted a catastrophe for me when she disassembled the cabinet and got my credit card out of the bottom of the machine. Company should look at the cracks around the scanner table to prevent cards, being dropped and falling down into the cabinet. Otherwise wonderful experience.”

“Facility is nice and plenty of gas pumps. Entry/exit is sometimes very difficult due to proximity to major stop light that is the only thoroughfare for traffic to/from Pacific high school. Avoid during start and end of school hours.
Employees seem rather cavalier and lacking in customer service skills. Slow service at checkout lane is the norm - I suggest using the self checkout instead.”

“Working very close by I frequent this gas station frequently. They are always very nice and hospitable here and the food is awesome. The reason that I decided to pay this review though. Is because today I witnessed an act of kindness that I’ve never seen at any “convenience “ store before. There was a young homeless lady outside that when noticed by the staff was immediately fed and given something to drink, at no charge. Great job y’all and I’ll def keep coming here !!”

However the manager needs to hire some one to be in the cafe, every time I come in the cafe is always closed, or there’s rarely food on the rollers and when there is it’s old.”
