“I'd used service at this location under a previous owner, and stopped after a less than stellar experience. I've gone back several times since Telle took over for small issues. Today I got a set of tires from them for my old truck. I'm very pleased with the service I got. Everyone with whom I've dealt was friendly and responsive, and Telle's prices were very competitive. Based on this experience, I won't go anywhere else for oil changes and tire rotations for the truck and my wife's car.”

The Group which has over 10,000 members was created for people living in Northwest Saint Louis County. From time to time I would hold Group contest for Best Local Pizza, Best Local Breakfast and Best Local Automotive Service, to name a few. We held a Best Local Automotive Service in 2017 and I'm happy to say that D&M Auto Services was the Co-Winner, tied with Big G Automotive in Bridgeton. Competing against several much bigger and more well-known shops, D&M was declared the co-winner because of their consistently excellent repairs and fantastic customer service. “Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!”
“My daughter took her car to this location and something went wrong when changing her brake fluid. She was there quite a while and the technicians couldn't of been nicer. They asked her if she was hungry etc. She ended up leaving the car overnight so they brought her home. The next day fixed the car and delivered it to us. They took such good care of my young daughter and made it right with her. I recommend this location to everyone. I wish I knew the techs. names to give them a shout out but Jonathon the manager was so helpful.”

“I had some issues with my wife's wipers and of course you don't notice until it rains. I conducted a Google search and found this business. Seeing it was a small business was an additional attraction so I drove by hoping they could at least take a look at it short notice but was resigned to leaving it overnight. I was greeted walking through the door by Brandon and in the rain he took a look and diagnosed the issue. I gave him the keys and within a short period the keys were returned and the car was parked outside the door. He told me it was it a quick fix but he also understood the importance of a husband ensuring his wife is happy and safe. That type customer service and impressive soft skills are a lost art now but they turn a walk-in into a repeat customer. Heaven forbid something else goes wrong with my wife's vehicle, but if it does I know where I'm going.”

“I was able to get into Big Bend Auto center quickly when my car battery was having issues. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and it was greatly appreciated! Not only did they fix the battery, they noticed one of my head lights was out as well, and fixed that too. They were always friendly and courteous. “I showed up here, 180 miles from home and I wasn't going to make it 5 more miles. The owner of the shop said he was booked full and didn't have the staff to get me in. Understandable. He asked what was wrong and I explained what I knew so far. This guy made sure I got home as cheap as possible. I asked to pay extra, they deserved it. All he said was "I don't take money that isn't mine" and refused to take anything extra.Moral of the story, these guys are the most legit and honest shop you will ever come across! They're going to take care of you. It will be at a fair price. And they're going to be honest with you. I just wish they were in my town so I could give them my Business.”
