“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. “I go to zumiez all the time, and I am always greeted right as I walk in and asked questions about my day, life etc. The workers make me feel completely comfortable in the store and are always available if I have any questions. Also the workers are very hilarious and if you need a good laugh this is the place. Most of the time I walk in just to grab one thing and end up talking to one of the workers for 30 mins. Best store In the mall highly recommend!”

“The store is really cute, however … it was full the whole time we where there, the fitting rooms where occupied by the same group of teenagers the entire time. There was no assistance whatsoever, the lines where quite slow and the skirt we bought turned out to be the same one they have at another brand.”
“Shopped at Arie for bras, Jess and Kabrina helped me out. The only reason for 4 stars was just not walking out with a bra that I fell in love with. Not the employees fault! My bf wasn’t bothered by other employees to leave so that was good! The employees did their best. The sizes, and my sister bra sizes just didn’t work with me.”
