She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. “We recently made a visit to another MW store and were there 30 mins (and the only customers in the store) while 4 employees chatted and never said a word to us to help us. We decided to come to this store and within one minute we were greeted and helped (and we were not the only customers). Anna came in and saved the day. She helped us with sizing and fit and tailoring with Lucy and we were in and out quickly and happily. I would highly recommend this store over the other one near the large St. Louis mall!!”
