The owner picked out a jacket, pants, and shirt just by looking at me and taking a quick neck measurement. Everything fit perfectly and 3 hours later, I was at the wedding feeling great about my attire. No fuss, professional, skilled experience. Will go back in a heartbeat for any future needs.”

“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. “Shopped at Arie for bras, Jess and Kabrina helped me out. The only reason for 4 stars was just not walking out with a bra that I fell in love with. Not the employees fault! My bf wasn’t bothered by other employees to leave so that was good! The employees did their best. The sizes, and my sister bra sizes just didn’t work with me.”
“I went to the store with an old pair of leggings that had not fit me since I lost weight. They were super kind and did an exchange of my leggings to my new size! You do have to have proof of purchase but I appreciated not having to buy another pair!”
