“My husband and I visited the Verizon location in Fenton, MO on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Susan was so friendly to all customers and kept us informed of who was next and that she would be with us shortly. Susan was attentive to us and kept us involved while we waited for her to finish with her existing customer.
We have been with Verizon since 2000 and it is because of the customer service that people like Susan delivers, that we stay with Verizon. We get asked by other carriers to move to them, but we do not want to risk losing the relationship with a company that hires people like Susan to work with. She is professional and friendly! She answered our questions with a great attitude. This is uncommon these days!”

The tech on staff was able to just pull out a tool, get the junk out of there, and the phone was charging again, good as new. “I bought a new iPhone 15 online from Verizon. This us a purchase where someone from Asurion comes out to your house to deliver and setup the new phone. As luck would have it, Verizon was having an outage when we attempted to activate the phone and it did not work.. I was told the phone would likely start working by the next morning.
Unfortunately, it was not working the next day so I decided to take it and the old iPhone to the Verizon/Cellular Sales Store in Ballwin. A sales associate Matt Karis enthusiastically tackled my problem. He quickly determined that my account was “hung” because of the attempted activation during the outage. Matt skillfully untangled the issue with Verizon tech support and got the account unhung.
Because it was an online purchase, it would have been valid for him to send me on my way to transfer the data between the old and new phones at home on my own. Instead, he demonstrated great customer service by volunteering to do the data transfer in the store where he could monitor it and address any subsequent issues if necessary. I was greatly relieved when he performed the nerve wracking procedure without any problems!
Matt also took the time to compile a list of current Verizon discounts and offers for me. Another associate Brian showed impressive depth of knowledge explaining some of the complex Verizon discount interdependencies.
I highly recommend this store and Matt and Brian in particular for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise. I greatly appreciated their positive spirit of helpfulness and care.”

Fast,polite, friendly.Dillion(spelled right?) was my representative yesterday, and if you want a seamless experience with a friendly, respectful part of our younger generation, that's the man to go talk to. Just because you don't get what you want when you want it doesn't mean that you received poor customer service. I was with T-Mobile then switched to Verizon got treated with such disrespect at this Verizon store that I ran back to T-Mobile and ended up getting a better deal anyways five stars for this store thanks guys and girl.”

“I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store.
