No soap in the women's bathroom but 2 bottles of hand sanitizer were on the sink. Signs all over walls saying to wash hands for 20 seconds with soap. When I walked out, I practically ran into a display selling hand soap...30 feet from the bathroom. Why not put those in the bathroom instead of sanitizer? 🙄

Whenever we need clothes, shoes, intimate wear or men's jeans or jewelry we go to JC Penny first as its still one of the best departments stores that is affordable for us.

I found the travel case that I was looking for! Actually, I got the last one in stock! All of the staff personnel I talked to were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! In the past, I've always found the clothing items and shoes that I was looking for!
