“Yeah, they are much better, after I have given them all the criticism and guidance, they remodeled the store and improved the types of the items. Be good, if they add like bedroom sets, where all is included. But, the store is just small and it is understandable. But, funny ? how all my recommendations were just BINGO. THE SAME WITH THE GYM ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SHOPPING AREA. ME RECORDED, ME ADVICED AND HE BUILT IT. NOW PEOPLE CA GET HEALTHIER. I WANTED TO TRAIN THEM, BUT IT IS NOT FOR AEROBICS AND PILATES. OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVEN THEM MY SYSTEM. BUT, CANNOT. ANYWAY. I WILL GIVE MY SELF A PRAISE GOD CA HEAR IT. HOW GOOD ???? I AM!!!”
“Still my favorite place to shop in Joplin! Great produce and meat, really good variety of things I normally buy, and the Aldi AOS (Aisle of Shame) isn't shameful at all, it's always super busy”
“I had a really positive experience at Harps today. I’m almost 9 months pregnant and had my twins with me, and of course my WIC card decided not to work.. One of the employees, I think his name was Troy, was SO helpful - he rescanned all my groceries several times Because the card reader wasn’t letting me access my WIC benefits. After troubleshooting, we figured out one specific item was the problem making the system crash out. He never acted annoyed, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Harps has great staff who care about their customers. Experiences like this are why I keep shopping here and not walmart. Thanks!”

“My son Ben and I love shopping at Food for Less because of the wide variety of products. We sincerely appreciate one of the Managers, Chris. We established a special friendship with him when he found out Ben was going to have a heart transplant and has always greeted us and stopped to talk about Ben’s health. The cashiers are all friendly and helpful.
We are appreciative of the fresh produce, quality meats, quantity of most products, and oh my gosh the goodies, and the beautiful seasonal plants. If you haven’t ever shopped at Food for Less, check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.”

“It is a clean store overall with a lot of foot traffic. The employees are knowledgeable about product locations, which is great, but call me a little old school, as I would rather be taken to a product I am searching for rather than be pointed to an isle. Parking is tight as well here.”
“Great little store to shop at for bargain prices and have a great selection from household supplies 2 groceries,Toys usually you can get in and out pretty quick lately there hasn't been any waiting lines they have handicap parking and handicap accessible they are open from 8am to 9pm 7 days a week they have toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners in stock also shoes, baby supplies, party accessories! Among a huge variety of other supplys I personally recommend shopping at their many locations”
“I am replying to a message on here about the store being locked during the storm, this Gentlemen told us that he was there to buy something.And then when we told him that he couldn't open the doors because it was a safety precaution for the other customers in the store. Then that's when he changed and says that he needed a place for the storm to go. Not that he was wanting to buy something now.He gave us two different stories that day. “Bathrooms could have been cleaner but they were well stocked and there was truck parking there. big parking lot, fresh groceries and friendly staff. They are probably the place that is open the latest in the entire city of Carthage so that's another benefit.”
“Very friendly employees. The shelves where stocked. The only thing I would recommend fixing is making more room for customers to wait in line at the registers. There wasn't although room up there due to the fixtures.”

“It's a discount store not dollar store. Like a miniature walmart. I got a really good smelling fancy candle, bag of chips, salsa, planner, dog bones, and car air freshener for under $20 all name brand because I'm bougie.”
“Very good and friendly service! Well managed. The food they offer is very good for a small operation. Chicken strips and drumsticks, burritos, french fries, potato wedges, and a few others to choose from. Prices for gasoline are fair. This is a privately owned convenience store and not a chain. Truly deserving of your business!”
