I came in and the clerk must have known that I was a little lost; he came out from behind the counter and helped me find the chiles, and boy was that beef birria amazing. “We were pleasantly amazed! My son wanted fun, unique cheeses for his 21st birthday. Vivian was wonderful! She was very humble about her cheese knowledge, but amazed us with all kinds of information about each cheese, taste-wise and practical! She was kind and upbeat and offered my party of 4 samples for each cheese in which my son was interested. We ended up buying about 8 different kinds, and my son mentioned making The Wine and Cheese Place a regular stop in the future. I was also impressed that Vivian was always positive no matter what size we needed the cheese cut! We were thoroughly impressed with The Wine and Cheese Place on New Ballas Rd!”

“Good place to deliver I would say. Got here tonight before and lined up on a dock. The next day was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend so I didn't know what to expect on when they would be there, but I figured if a produce place was open it would be fairly early even with the holiday. Around 6:00 a guy came out to see what I had, took my paperwork and said the floor was full and he would get back to me when they were ready to unload. I think it took them about an hour and a half or so before he had me open up and bump dock. Then it was a quick unload and he brought my paperwork out, place to park and quick unload, doesn't get much better with produce.”
