“Staff at Earth City Lakefront fedex hub is amazing!! During Xmas, New Year, or MLK holiday corporate building closures in STL area, staff members Dave, Shannon, and Kyle went above and beyond to retrieve urgent shipments to sign for that delivery drivers did not attempt due to holiday closures in the system. Although the system rerouting failed us, the staff here delivered exceptional customer service during opening business hours til their late closing time. Terrence always delivers a smile and friendly service to us Regulars. Thank you to this Lakefront hub team for making it easy to drop off and to pick up urgent shipments.”

“I came here to ship two large boxes that needed additional insurance. I originally did an online purchase for labels but when I arrived, I didn’t have the value declaration sheet with me. Claude helped me bring the two large boxes inside the building, then I tried to find the declaration forms on my UPS app and they were nowhere to be found. So I told Claude I was sorry and thanked him for being patient with me. I then voided my original online transaction and Claude was able to get new labels with insurance at the counter, although at a slightly more expensive rate than my original discounted online purchase.
