“The service was excellent. Today my 2nd stage regulator broke next to the house. I shut off the tank and called the MFA Emporia KS office. They sent Randy the service tech to my house within an hour after I called. He’s from the Tampa Ks office. He had a new regulator with some other parts installed in no time. Did the line checks and turned the pilot lights on as well. The customer service was excellent and Randy was awesome. Did I mention it was 18 below with the wind chill? Thanks”

“The manager is always kind and courteous. I prefer Pete's to Casey's due to the easy access to the pump and friendly staff. But it needs more food options, I really would love the fried chicken that you have at the Pete's in Rich Hill and their other food options.
