“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”

“Many of the clothing items were on sale at discounted rates ranging from 20% to 50%. The offers were really good. The staff was very helpful in assisting customers with their selections. The counter staff was amazing, doing their best to offer additional concessions where possible. I believe these offers are available for only two days. However, the items at Old Navy are worth it any day. We have always loved Old Navy clothes!”
“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

“Store is not well-sorted. It’s like the equivalent of searching through the bins to find some gems. The place is a little musty BUT it has TWO stories full of clothes that range from “grandmas old shirt” to “wow - what a good deal”. One of the workers here looks like Santa and even advertises himself as Santa ;) he’s really funny to our little grandkids.”

“Bob, the manager of this store is absolutely wonderful. I stopped in there about 10 years ago when I was in St. Louis for a youth hockey tournament. He told me to call him anytime I wanted to buy something. I have been going here ever since. A wonderful person and a wonderful salesman. “I have to echo the other comments about the associates at this store. I went in yesterday around 6:45, not realizing they close at 7. They asked if they could help me find something, set up a fitting room for me, brought different sizes for me, and suggested a shirt to go with the skort I was trying on. (I, too, am terrible at putting outfits together.)
It wasn't until I was leaving when one of them said I had to push the button to get out that I realized the door was locked - I kept them until 7:25 and they NEVER made me feel rushed or that I was annoying them. I had no idea!
What a great experience in a day when great customer service is very hard to find. I'll be back!”

“Marta's Boutique is definitely a hidden gem. The owner is almost always in the store and very kind and helpful. I also really enjoy the staff. Informative without being pushy. I read some of the other reviews and I have been in the store many times and always had a wonderful experience. They also just ordered a belt for me via phone and mailed it out to me promptly at a very reasonable cost. We should all be shopping local, now more than ever. Check out Marta's. You will love it!!”
