“Marta's Boutique is definitely a hidden gem. The owner is almost always in the store and very kind and helpful. I also really enjoy the staff. Informative without being pushy. I read some of the other reviews and I have been in the store many times and always had a wonderful experience. They also just ordered a belt for me via phone and mailed it out to me promptly at a very reasonable cost. We should all be shopping local, now more than ever. Check out Marta's. You will love it!!”

From the moment I walked in, Ben carried himself with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail you would expect from a truly high-end tailor. Since this was my first suit, I was not completely sure what to expect, but he made the entire process feel comfortable, refined, and personal.

“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”
“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. The place is a little musty BUT it has TWO stories full of clothes that range from “grandmas old shirt” to “wow - what a good deal”. One of the workers here looks like Santa and even advertises himself as Santa ;) he’s really funny to our little grandkids.”

“This was the first time I have been to a Old Navy I always thought they were expensive but was told they have good deals so I decided to take my toddler granddaughter here. The experience was very nice, greeted at the door and the store was well organized and the people and customers were so nice. My granddaughter brought here own little cart to push and shop with she is 2 1/2 and I was teaching her how to shop. There really wasn't a huge selection of 24 months 2T clothing but we did find some cute jeans and sweaters for her, all the signs said 50% off and so I had put 3 jeans two sweaters and a jacket in her little cart. At checkout, it didn't ring up as 50% off however the wonderful lady was so helpful, she told me about the member program which is a credit card and could get more deals. I didn't want another credit card but she was super helpful and understanding so she made the experience so much nicer. I will shop here again mainly because of her, I wish I got her name because she was amazing.”

“I have to echo the other comments about the associates at this store. I went in yesterday around 6:45, not realizing they close at 7. They asked if they could help me find something, set up a fitting room for me, brought different sizes for me, and suggested a shirt to go with the skort I was trying on. (I, too, am terrible at putting outfits together.)
It wasn't until I was leaving when one of them said I had to push the button to get out that I realized the door was locked - I kept them until 7:25 and they NEVER made me feel rushed or that I was annoying them. I had no idea!
What a great experience in a day when great customer service is very hard to find. I'll be back!”

“I go to zumiez all the time, and I am always greeted right as I walk in and asked questions about my day, life etc. The workers make me feel completely comfortable in the store and are always available if I have any questions. Also the workers are very hilarious and if you need a good laugh this is the place. Most of the time I walk in just to grab one thing and end up talking to one of the workers for 30 mins. Best store In the mall highly recommend!”
