The only complaints I had in the past would be I could never seem to get approved for a mortgage despite an excellent credit rating and I had issues when they changed the payment system but overall everyone is always helpful. “I was a few hours late with a deposit and ended up overdrawn, completely my fault. When I called WCCU, the kind lady who helped me took care of the overdraft fees. Service such as this would never be offered by a bank. Our credit union is awesome!”

“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”
“Great bank. Open long hours. Very convenient. Great tellers. Once I was running late and it was near closing, and they basically held up the hold on gates for me to be able to withdraw some money which I needed for that weekend. I really appreciate that.”
