“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”

“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”
“Went to Dickey Bubs for a specific hat but couldn’t find it and Jenny K. went out of her way to look through all the hats and wasn’t able to find it.So she notified us that they are ordering more next week and that she could order from another store to get the hat we wanted.Most helpful employee ever, nobody goes out of their way to do stuff like that anymore.Give her a raise or something.”
“Came to the mall looking for a shirt and jacket for a wedding that same day. Couldn’t find anything that felt even passable and just before giving up, stumbled into Majestic Menswear. The owner picked out a jacket, pants, and shirt just by looking at me and taking a quick neck measurement. Everything fit perfectly and 3 hours later, I was at the wedding feeling great about my attire. No fuss, professional, skilled experience. Will go back in a heartbeat for any future needs.”

“Mom stopped in one day to check the place out, no one ever talked to her or anything. She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”
“I absolutely LOVE Suits 4 Men! My first time there I was looking for a sport coat and pants. Eduard was extremely friendly and helpful. It had been many years since I purchased my last sport coat and I was very interested in how the styles and fashion had changed. Eduard educated me on the style changes so I could get the exact look I wanted. The very first coat he showed me was perfect, exactly the look I was trying to achieve. And the icing on the cake was the price was much lower than I was expecting for such high quality.
After this wonderful experience I wasn't going anywhere else but Suits 4 Men and Eduard when I needed a new suit for an important event. Once again the very first suit Eduard showed me was exactly the look I had in mind. I then asked his help in selecting a tie. Eduard was very patient and offered me many choices. They have a wonderful selection. He laid the suit jacket on the counter along with a shirt tucked under and placed each tie under consideration with a nice knot so I could see exactly what the choice would look like. The combination he put together and recommended as the best choice was so elegant! I will now look my very best for my important event. Once again the price was a pleasant surprise as well.
The suit was ready the very next day with perfect alterations just like the Sport coat and pants had been the time before.

When I first ordered I was just taking a chance but, there was no problem and the merchandise was high quality and the prices were very competitive. I even purchased a few odds and ends that they suggest, so you make free shipping. I thought they would end up being gifts for people we really did not like, but, the stuff is great. “As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. “Bob, the manager of this store is absolutely wonderful. I stopped in there about 10 years ago when I was in St. Louis for a youth hockey tournament. He told me to call him anytime I wanted to buy something. I have been going here ever since. A wonderful person and a wonderful salesman. I hope that Brooks Brothers has the sense to take care of him and never let him go! I will be buying my clothing from this store as long as he is there.”

“We recently made a visit to another MW store and were there 30 mins (and the only customers in the store) while 4 employees chatted and never said a word to us to help us. We decided to come to this store and within one minute we were greeted and helped (and we were not the only customers). Anna came in and saved the day. She helped us with sizing and fit and tailoring with Lucy and we were in and out quickly and happily. I would highly recommend this store over the other one near the large St. Louis mall!!”

“This was the first time I have been to a Old Navy I always thought they were expensive but was told they have good deals so I decided to take my toddler granddaughter here. The experience was very nice, greeted at the door and the store was well organized and the people and customers were so nice. My granddaughter brought here own little cart to push and shop with she is 2 1/2 and I was teaching her how to shop. There really wasn't a huge selection of 24 months 2T clothing but we did find some cute jeans and sweaters for her, all the signs said 50% off and so I had put 3 jeans two sweaters and a jacket in her little cart. At checkout, it didn't ring up as 50% off however the wonderful lady was so helpful, she told me about the member program which is a credit card and could get more deals. I didn't want another credit card but she was super helpful and understanding so she made the experience so much nicer. I will shop here again mainly because of her, I wish I got her name because she was amazing.”
