“My service engine light came on a couple of weeks ago, so I took my car to my normal mechanic. He checked the service code and told me that my catalytic converter needed replacing. I contacted the service dept. and set up an appointment. When I took the car in, I met with my assigned service advisor, Bill Timmons. This guy is good. He eased my mind about the loaner car policy and got my car in for diagnostics and got me int a loaner as fast as possible , then found the part and got the car repaired quickly, at no cost.
