I also had them install a few parts, which was a reasonable cost as well. I had a few notes for the install and my mechanic, Steven, immediately understood and wrote them down. He was fantastic to work with and I appreciated his understanding of my wants. Really love my new setup!!”

“Bobby's is a great shop. Very knowledgeable and got car fixed right first time. Diagnosed it and fixed it. Not like other shops that will just throw parts at a car. Felt like price was very fair, and these guys aren't like a lot of shops trying to upsell you stuff you don't need.”
“I found this place a while back needing a quick inspection. I was so surprised they were able to squeeze me in and quickly got my car back to me. Because of this positive experience I decided to give them a try for an oil change. I’d been going to Dobbs and was constantly disappointed. Long wait times, less than polite staff and feeling taken advantage of with upselling attempts and trying to tell me I need an alignment with every high priced oil change. I made an appointment on-line, super easy. They were pleasant and got me in and out with no long wait, and no attempts to upsell me. I’ll be going here from now on.”

“Having any kind of work done to your primary transportation can be so stressful but not with Mertz! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Not only does my trucks body work look immaculate.. after the repair they washed and detailed the whole thing before giving it back to me which I had no clue they were going to do.
I got my truck back in better shape than it was when I brought it to them in more ways than the body work.

“This Jiffy Lube location is fantastic. I trust them explicitly with my car and have purchased additional services. I especially liked the headlight rejuvenation. My only complaint, the staff is not paid enough. I understand the average salary is around $14 an hour! With the prices they charge, the work they do, it seems well below industry pay norms.”

“My service engine light came on a couple of weeks ago, so I took my car to my normal mechanic. He checked the service code and told me that my catalytic converter needed replacing. I contacted the service dept. and set up an appointment. When I took the car in, I met with my assigned service advisor, Bill Timmons. This guy is good. He eased my mind about the loaner car policy and got my car in for diagnostics and got me int a loaner as fast as possible , then found the part and got the car repaired quickly, at no cost. On top of everything else, there was no high pressure pitching for other services. Thanks to all involved. Especially Mr. Timmons.”
“Love this place, all business, they never push additional services on you (my #1 pet peeve at other places), and the young people here work very hard.
Idea: I don't mind exiting my vehicle to pay, but a good low cost investment would be a portable card reader like many restaurants use to let people pay from the car. Thanks!”

“My tire pressure light continually showed up on my dashboard. I took my car to Fenton Walmart and the tire technicians reset it and checked all my tires. They did the job quickly and the service greeter was pleasant and efficient.
