“MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected.MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues.All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would definitely go back in the future if needed - but hopefully not, lol.”

“Went here to get my battery and alternator checked because O’Reillys tried to tell me i need both replaced and i wanted a 2nd opinion. So i brought my car here and they ran the test and told me and even showed me the test receipt to show that it all passed besides my battery, and they helped me out with a new battery and installed it pretty quickly! Great Customer service as well Shane greeted me no sooner than i pulled in and Calvin greeted me in the lobby, And Shane and Calvin made sure i understood what the results of the test meant and explained it to me. And they made sure i was totally sure and confident in my purchase with pricing and everything and that i wanted the service today. And Izaak, Calvin, and Shane had me in and out of there in no time!”

“I came for an oil change and got right in and out. I feel that Walmart should have more employees working on each shift considering how big this company is. There are never enough employees working. People are always standing around waiting and they will have 1 person checking everyone in and checking everyone out. Should be 2 minimum. I did have to wait a while inside (like I said, 1 employee) but once they pulled my car in it was pretty quick. The employee was friendly and in a great mood actually. He kept his composure while he had multiple people trying to get him to help all at once. So I'm giving the employee 4 ? and the actual store a 3. It could have been a little cleaner. There was a funny smell around the register that I just chalked up to being around the open bays.”

He eased my mind about the loaner car policy and got my car in for diagnostics and got me int a loaner as fast as possible , then found the part and got the car repaired quickly, at no cost. On top of everything else, there was no high pressure pitching for other services. Thanks to all involved. Especially Mr. Timmons.”
