“I can’t say enough good things about Mertz Auto Body Shop! Took my 2023 Equinox there for hail damage and they went above and beyond not only in repairing my car but also in handling everything with my insurance company. It was a back and forth battle with my insurance on estimates/supplements and Garrey didn’t budge. He kept me informed every step of the way and truly advocated for me to make sure the repairs were done right and not just quickly or cheaply. It was such a relief to have a shop who actually looks out for their customers. After having extensive hail damage, I wasn’t too confident my car would ever look the same again but thanks to Mertz Auto Body there’s not a dent or ding in sight!! Also, was pleasantly surprised to find the inside detailed, thank you Ziggy. Everyone there is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! My only complaint, the staff is not paid enough. I understand the average salary is around $14 an hour! With the prices they charge, the work they do, it seems well below industry pay norms.”

“I would like to update. Came in yesterday 4/21 and they were packed, Tony greeted me at the counter and said it would be approximately 1.5 hours to have a tire fixed so I waited, after about an hour he told me it was going to be longer, so he said he could take me first thing the next morning, I arrived at 7am the next morning and there he was with a big smile and ready to take care of the tire. After he looked at it he said it would have to be replaced as there was a hole in the sidewall, he also said before I get a new tire from him to check with the dealer to see if it is still under warranty and turns out it was. I would like to thank Tony for his honesty and his excellent customer service skills. Thanks. This next post is from a year ago. Arrived at 7:15 am this morning and was greeted by Megan, there were 2 people in line ahead of me and 2 behind me, she got everyone checked in and told them an approximate wait time, all the while being very friendly and professional. The tech who repaired my tire and changed my oil was also very professional and friendly. Thanks to the staff.”
