“Excellent customer service. If you're a novice painter, they can advise you to the products that best suits your needs. I mainly spray small projects and they have mixed single stage or base coats in rattle cans.Very friendly staff, even if you're not a professional paint/body person.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Mertz Auto Body Shop! Took my 2023 Equinox there for hail damage and they went above and beyond not only in repairing my car but also in handling everything with my insurance company. It was a back and forth battle with my insurance on estimates/supplements and Garrey didn’t budge. He kept me informed every step of the way and truly advocated for me to make sure the repairs were done right and not just quickly or cheaply. It was such a relief to have a shop who actually looks out for their customers. After having extensive hail damage, I wasn’t too confident my car would ever look the same again but thanks to Mertz Auto Body there’s not a dent or ding in sight!! Also, was pleasantly surprised to find the inside detailed, thank you Ziggy. Everyone there is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating!
