“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”

(It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. “Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. “I love Menards, they don’t have it in Alabama so I come every time I visit my daughter in St. Louis. I always find whatever I need. The staff is very helpful. One request is to get more than two mobility scooters. The populist is getting old. I had to not go to one two days ago because they only had one scooter and a lady literally came in after me and took it in front of me. Those of us that need it really need it.”

I was pleased to find exceptional customer service and ceiling tiles that were $10 less than what I paid at Lowe’s. I had to buy the remaining tiles here because Lowe's was out of stock. Excellent job, Home Depot! I won’t be returning to Lowe’s again.”

“After visiting all of the local stores that carry smaller chainsaws, this Lowe’s had the best selection and price for the very high-quality Milwaukee brand chainsaw. Much better customer service and staffing recently. An individual showed me where the nails and other tool areas were, and then escorted me across the store to where The very hard to find chainsaws are located. Always remember that they do have a place to dispose of your lightbulbs. I have worked with the project managers on kitchen projects as well as storm door selection in these areas have a great individuals.”

“The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!”
