“I want to give a big shout-out to Rick at Hood on Natural Bridge. I work on a lot of large projects, and Rick always goes above and beyond to help us get the best deals on everything from flooring, cabinets, and appliances to trim and all the little odds and ends. He keeps us informed about upcoming sales, new inventory, and opportunities to save money, which makes a huge difference.
What really stands out is his communication. He does an excellent job coordinating with the front desk staff and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Rick is a great example of outstanding customer service and professionalism.
The store is fortunate to have someone like him. He’s a big reason why I continue to shop there, and I truly appreciate everything he does to help keep our projects on track. Highly recommend working with Rick if you visit Hood on Natural Bridge!”
