“I was shopping at the Home Depot in Manchester MO went my sugars dropped at the self check out. I would like to give thanks to Mary and Zach for assisting me. I didn't have my glucose tablets with me to bring up my sugar level. Mary got a sucker from another employee and Zach give me a sprite. Mary made me a seat to sit down and she kept checking on me. She would not allow me to leave the store until my a1c was over 70. I wanted management to know how appreciative I am of those two employees.”

“Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. “I love Menards, they don’t have it in Alabama so I come every time I visit my daughter in St. Louis. I always find whatever I need. The staff is very helpful. One request is to get more than two mobility scooters. The populist is getting old. I had to not go to one two days ago because they only had one scooter and a lady literally came in after me and took it in front of me. Those of us that need it really need it.”
“I visited this store after experiencing inferior customer service at Lowe’s Arnold. I was pleased to find exceptional customer service and ceiling tiles that were $10 less than what I paid at Lowe’s. I had to buy the remaining tiles here because Lowe's was out of stock. Excellent job, Home Depot! I won’t be returning to Lowe’s again.”

“When there was an issue with same-day delivery (3rd party service), Paris at Ballwin Lowe’s made sure that I got the order I paid for and handled the claim submission with the third party, all while being friendly and easy to work with.
This location has consistently strong service. Whenever you need to find something or have a project, they are ready to help you and make the experience as seamless as possible. I also had a freezer delivered from Lowe’s, and it was great.”

This could have gone very poorly as I had reserved a truck to move my college daughter and it expired because the line was very long and they were very very busy on a Saturday morning. 10+ people in line. Well my fridge went out and not only did you bring it the next day, but the delivery company, called “rocket delivery LLC”, provided service that was unbelievably efficient , and the driver, Sway Cruz, was the epitome of “professional”.
