“We've done quite some traveling and this hotel chains, by far, was one of the best hotels. The rooms are nothing unique or different from your typical hotel rooms BUT what sets this hotel chain apart was the customer service. The location is perfect, with ample parking on ground level and underground. Beds were perfectly comfortable, everything was clean. The pool area was bigger than most hotels, stocked with towels every day. We had 5 families staying here and every child enjoyed the pool and the kickbacks. We liked that the kickback dinners offered variety daily and yet have the usuals that kids love. Every single person enjoyed their own version of cocktails. Customer service was superior. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”
“Amazing stay. Everything about my room was hands down fantastic. I never wanted to leave my bed, but when I did, I enjoyed the view of the city, the gym, and the overall essence of the Ritz-Carlton. 10/10 would recommend, better yet, insist that a friend stays at the Ritz.”
“Solid location with easy freeway access to the various attractions around St. Louis. We were able to easily get downtown to the Arch, out to the National Transportation Museum, Forest Park, and Laumier Sculpture Park.
Room was nicely sized and well appointed with plenty of space in both the main room and the bathroom. Walk in shower was also nice.
The mattress was rather firm and the pillows weren't very supportive. The water pressure is the shower was also very light, but still useable for a shower.
Overall, a solid home base for a visit to St. Louis.”
“Exceptional facility to work out. Free weights, various machines, swimming pool, basketball/pickleball courts, and various classes. Very clean and well maintained.”
“Clean bathroom, walls, carpet, refrigerator and all furnishimgs.
Rooms: Rooms are large. Our room had 2 Q beds, a desk, and a TV stand with mini-fridge and microwave. The carpet is new and very clean.
Nearby activities: We played at the parks and the City museum. We also visited several of the many food establishments in Kingwood
Safety: Doors locked. Our room had a walk out sliding door. It was easy open and close, and locked
Walkability: We walked to Target, Lowe's, Walmart and White Castle.
Food and drinks: Chili's is attached to the hotel. There are many restaurant choices and grocery stores, including Aldi's.
Noteworthy details: Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I would 10 out of 10 stay again.”
“Great experience here, and I wanted to call out one moment in particular.
I had an issue with the AC in my room, and Nick went above and beyond to take care of it. He responded right away, came up to my room personally, and got everything working quickly.
It wasn’t just the fix, it was the attitude. Professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of.
That kind of service makes a difference. Really appreciated it.”
“The Bartender Zack is very kind and professional, He was one of the nicest bartenders I have ran into and I travel every week. I enjoyed the warm and cozy feeling 7 gables has. I will definitely be back.”

“Very clean and convenient, no continental breakfast though just a paid dining room and room service both kind of pricey. Complementary coffee in the room and lobby”

“Since the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school.
It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently.
We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff could not have been nicer and since we happened to be there during one of their slower times, they offered us a free room upgrade. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the entire hotel appeared well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need accomodations in west Saint Louis.”
“Womderful front desk and staff. Well-managed. Nice, well-kept grounds. Diverse and friendly visitors. Feels very safe. Convenient location near I64 and Manchester Rd shopping and services. Perfect for dog-walking. Adequate but not lavish breakfast .”

“My family stayed in 2 different rooms at this location and had an overall good experience. The aging rooms need a deep cleaning and overall better cleaning between guests, even with some targeted renovations already completed. Breakfast was good with different items each day. The staff we interacted with was very helpful and responsive via text, and we even saw a manager helping with breakfast and tidying up on a couple of occasions. The combination of this hotel's location and suite offerings can't be beat, so we will return again should we find ourselves in St. Louis!”

“We had a great stay at Hyatt Chesterfield. Check-in was quick and easy. Very clean hotel, great water pressure. Aki was very accommodating and makes a great margarita! Breakfast was good and great service. Would definitely stay here again.”
