“Recently I decided that I wanted to start hiking, so I tried doing my own research on what shoes would be best for me. I've really struggled with shoes my entire life. Even since I was a kid. Every pair I stepped into seemed to hurt and I never really knew why. I knew I had drastically flat feet, but I didn't know what that meant. After doing some research I saw this place and decided to give their fitting process a shot. After all, it is totally free.
Brie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every step of the process. She told me about flat feet, about stability vs neutral shoes, arch supports, all kinds of things that I had always heard about but never really understood. Eventually we found the best shoes for me, which I never really thought possible.”

“I was lucky enough to find these guys on the internet after much searching for a shop that could handle tubeless mountain bike tires. I had just recently purchased and almost 20-year-old mountain bike that has some specific hard to find parts. I felt like I was in well over my head. “Been shopping here for years and would not go anywhere else! Customer service is amazing. They've always worked with us on finding the best stringing options for our kids, gifted us a demo racket, and when my son's most recent racket broke abruptly, they replaced it without asking any questions.

Continue to feel no place better for tennis help! I don't know enough about stringing, so I suppose if you have something particular, than go find what works for you. But, my son's racket recently cracked in an unusual location, yonex was no help, but the store was able to send it off, it was approved for a replacement, and despite being a pest they replaced the racket. Putting up with me can be tough and they did a great job! They even let me son keep a demo for weeks for try-outs because his racket was on backorder. Amazing people and amazing service!”

I needed to get a few jerseys customized for a work event coming up and Justin was so helpful. From picking the jerseys to tracking down the sizes I needed and the actual customization piece, he made the entire process very smooth and easy.”

I was told the bike was eligible to trade in. Went to trade it in today and was told they will not take it without training wheels. It was a used bike so didn’t come with training wheels they finally admitted, then told me that it’s not eligible for trade in because it was used. I had no idea it was used it looked brand new. It was discounted, and the salesmen told me it might be a return. They also told me the bike was definitely eligible for the trade in policy at REI. I believed him and didn’t question it because even with discount the bike cost over $200. $200 and this was the second bike we bought so of course I thought everything would go smoothly again. Over $300 I spent on bikes there and they won’t honor the trade in. Even if it had been new, they wont take it without the training wheels. Who keeps training wheels for a year? Of course thats in the fine print. That is how they get you.”

“We have been shopping at the Tack Trunk since we moved here in 2023 and have always had a lovely experience. When my daughter started showing they understood she was only in grade school and had growing to do! There was no pressure to purchase brand new $100+ coat, etc... In fact they helped us get everything we could from their awesome consignment section! My daughter also worked and saved enough money to buy her own saddle and they were extremely helpful with that as well. Now that my kiddo is showing more and getting a little more serious, we upgraded to some beautiful RJ Classics & Tailored Sportsman pieces! They are so knowledgeable about how English Show clothes should fit and won't sell you something that they don't think will work just to get a sale. This is always our go-to place for Hunter show clothes and we've gotten plenty of goodies from consignment as well!”

“These guys are great. I definitely can't make regular visits and purchases from these guys, but when I do get a chance to do business with them, they are always nice, knowledgeable, and try to get me the best deals possible. I have not been able to visit these guys for five years, a little before I became permanently disabled and could no longer afford firearm purchases. At that time, I had ordered two firearms for my two daughters' birthdays, had Razorback take delivery, and had Razorback do the transfer and background check paperwork. Now, I still am not as financially stable as I was, but I had promised my oldest child, my Marine son, a specific handgun for when he returned home after his 4 year deployment, was stateside, and could keep it with him. I had looked all over the St. Louis, MO region, making phone calls, sending emails and texts, and visiting several places that had stated they had better prices and some who stated would price match anyone in a 100 mile radius of St. Louis. No one had it in stock or would order it for the price they stated. I feel bad because I should have just gone back to Razorback in the first place. I went in with my wife and two daughters, today, May 27, 2026 to make inquiries about the specific firearm. I am sorry I forgot the gentleman's name who helped me. I do believe he was the same gentleman who had helped me in the past. Now, I have the information I need, and I will be back in the next couple of weeks to make the order. I wish there was some way that I could visit these guys more often to make firearm and ammunition purchases, but I know I will not forget to go to them first every time from now on to make any firearm purchase.
