“I drove 16 miles out of my way to come to this location and it was well worth it. I live in Kirkwood and the post office locations near me provide horrendous customer service. Andrew helped me at this location and was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. It was well worth the drive to have a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!”

Adrienne at the Walnut Grove, CA Branch was able to solve a very complex problem and went out of her way to keep me informed through the whole process. I'm not sure if she'll ever see this, but I hope her supervisor does, and let's her and her coworkers know that caring like this is noticed and appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Every time the staff here have been polite, personable, and take their time to help resolve an issue or further investigate something. They are observed to be patient and never rude!! “This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
“These folks have been extremely helpful on several occasions when I needed to track down an international package. They have contacted sorting facilities, checked personally with mail carriers, and actually called me back when they said they would. People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

“I was lucky and went at a time when no one else was in line. I was served very quickly. I noticed there was only one person working at the counter. I don't know if any were in the back or if there was one person scheduled since it wasn't busy. Much better than when I usually go to the Post office!”
“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”

“I had to mail off my divorce papers this morning, I was obviously very emotional. I just wanted to say thank you to the clerk Ms Brenda. She was soooooo understanding and helpful. It really shocked me because I watched other customers be extremelyyyyyyy rude and disrespectfullllllllllllll to her. Instead of her letting that upset her she was still so kind.
