“Our pool pump blew a nut and lost half our water in the process. I went to both the local pool stores to ask for help in replacing the part and neither of them could help. I tried Lowe's and struck out there, and went to Ace Hardware, and I should have went there first! They didn't have the part either, but because they have knowledgeable helpful people there they were able to find a workable solution to get us up and running. That is the difference by going to a local hardware store with folks who can and want to help you! Thank you so much for taking the time to figure out what we needed and a way to get it done! Jason even called a few weeks later to see if we found what we needed. And I told him we did at Pease Glass in Indiana . They offer replacement glass for your front door and side lights which updated our 30 year old door to the farmhouse look..Everyone at Arnold Missouri is very helpful.”

“On New Years we purchased a dishwasher. We were trying to decide between several models. While looking at the different dishwashers we also spotted a refrigerator we liked but were not sure it would fit. In all the confusion between the different dishwashers and refrigerators we somehow purchased the wrong dishwasher. On 1/9/23 I realized our error and returned to Lowe's. Chris was more than accommodating In making sure that we were credited and now had the dishwasher we wanted. We had also on 1/2/23 purchased a refrigerator and paid the extra to have I hauled away. Mentioning to our grandson that we were getting a new refrigerator he said that he would like our old one for his garage. Chris again was more than helpful to get me the credit as we no longer wanted our old refrigerator hauled away. Everyone we reacted with was very accommodating and seemed to desire to make your visit go smoothly. I recommend this store for any of your needs large or small.”
