“Super great staff. I had an asthma attack while in store & they did everything they could to help me including getting a chair for me & bringing my car to front of store so I wouldn’t & couldn’t walk to it. I was embarrassed, and they reassured me not to be embarrassed and were so kind. Plus, the store is my go to In all the dollar trees around well stocked, clean and so friendly.”
“There was a lady that works there that speaks Jamaican, and she thought that I spoke Jamaican too. I only speak that way because I had a stroke and she made me feel so good about myself and the way that I speak now. Her really lifted me up to smile ?.”
“Two or three people were stocking shelves, and that's always a good sight to see. Cashier was disinfecting the belt and register area after a customer that was checking out coughed all over the place with her mouth wide open. His prompt response was excellent. Keep up the good work. ??”
“I go here mainly for cheap candy. I've been going to this store before it became the $1.25 Tree. This specific location usually has a line because they appear to be short staffed. One person working the register and maybe one or two others stocking the shelves. I think they should be better at communicating when they're out of stock. Just the other day they ran out of helium for the balloons. I know that there are a number of people who shop there for birthday gifts. Cards, toys, whatever. If you have everything that you need in your hands and then find out that you can't buy birthday balloons at the very last second, I'm sure that you would be disappointed or at least mildly upset. So, perhaps they should've put up a sign somewhere but again...short staffed so perhaps it slipped their mind.”
“This is my favorite family dollar, and it’s all because of their employees! The women that run this store go above and beyond for their customers. They are always in a good mood and make every trip a good little place to stop in for quick items!”

“For what the staff are given, I have to give them 5 stars. The ladies who run the store are usually very nice to me, and usually have little conversations back and forth about general things. The store is usually considerably well stocked, with the coolers lacking every once in a while (usually the sports drinks). Otherwise for a Family Dollar, I have no issues being a repeating customer.”
“Actually, I'm rating the ice dispenser in front, in the parking lot.This is very clean tasting ice. They offer water bottle fill-ups too.I'm picky about my water. As for non-spring water, I like this best.???”

“Store use to never have anything on the shelves, very nasty and long lines. It has really turned around for better with the new store management. My advice if you are too lazy to shop the stocked shelves for yourself would be to strictly order from instacart or DoorDash.”
“I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the store as I hadn’t been there in a while. The store was clean, stocked and most importantly, the aisles were NOT blocked with stock waiting to be put on the shelves. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I stopped going to this store due to the massive amount of clutter & the difficulty of maneuvering around the store. I bought more than I came in for because I feel it’s good to patronize stores that are doing their part to make shopping a pleasant experience. Thanks to the staff & whoever is in charge of turning this store around! I’ll be back soon!”
“Convenient and close to my house! Only downside is they switch managment often. I go in several times a week and as soon as I get to know the manager they switch them again. The excuse they give for switching managers so often is they couldn't handle the store and keep it up to par. It is mainly to blame on the customers that don't care and throw things everywhere. I have asked other customers when they throw things on random shelves if they are going to put it back to which they respond that's their job. I like familiarity in the places I shop,I like to see the same faces when I go in. The fact they are changing staff so much makes me think about shopping elsewhere.”
