I had an asthma attack while in store & they did everything they could to help me including getting a chair for me & bringing my car to front of store so I wouldn’t & couldn’t walk to it. I was embarrassed, and they reassured me not to be embarrassed and were so kind. Plus, the store is my go to In all the dollar trees around well stocked, clean and so friendly.”

“I go here mainly for cheap candy. I've been going to this store before it became the $1.25 Tree. This specific location usually has a line because they appear to be short staffed. One person working the register and maybe one or two others stocking the shelves. I think they should be better at communicating when they're out of stock. Just the other day they ran out of helium for the balloons. I know that there are a number of people who shop there for birthday gifts. Cards, toys, whatever. If you have everything that you need in your hands and then find out that you can't buy birthday balloons at the very last second, I'm sure that you would be disappointed or at least mildly upset. So, perhaps they should've put up a sign somewhere but again...short staffed so perhaps it slipped their mind.”

“Store use to never have anything on the shelves, very nasty and long lines. It has really turned around for better with the new store management. My advice if you are too lazy to shop the stocked shelves for yourself would be to strictly order from instacart or DoorDash.”
“I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the store as I hadn’t been there in a while. The store was clean, stocked and most importantly, the aisles were NOT blocked with stock waiting to be put on the shelves. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I stopped going to this store due to the massive amount of clutter & the difficulty of maneuvering around the store. I bought more than I came in for because I feel it’s good to patronize stores that are doing their part to make shopping a pleasant experience. Thanks to the staff & whoever is in charge of turning this store around! I’ll be back soon!”
“Convenient and close to my house! Only downside is they switch managment often. I go in several times a week and as soon as I get to know the manager they switch them again. The excuse they give for switching managers so often is they couldn't handle the store and keep it up to par. It is mainly to blame on the customers that don't care and throw things everywhere. I have asked other customers when they throw things on random shelves if they are going to put it back to which they respond that's their job. I like familiarity in the places I shop,I like to see the same faces when I go in. The fact they are changing staff so much makes me think about shopping elsewhere.”
