Handyman True Value Hardware is a store focused on serving the community with the tools, products, and expertise for projects of any size. The store is very nice, well-organized, and nearly immaculate, with shelves where everything is in its spot. It is just big enough to find everything and the right size for comfort.
The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The service desk folks and other roving staff are knowledgeable and always ready to assist, whether for experts or homeowners trying to figure out what will work. They take the time to help customers find even uncommon, correct parts. If something is not available at this location, the staff will direct customers to their sister store.
The store also offers rentals for both big and small projects. The rental service is known for being awesome and trusting, with staff willing to help customers succeed even when equipment issues arise. This high level of service and knowledge is why customers drive past other big box stores to shop here. Handyman Hardware is highly recommended for anyone needing to get any type of project done.
