Ms. V (VELMA), cashier, fetched a manager to help with paint pricing. Very patient and nice.

ANTHONY, the manager, went extra mile, too, to satisfy my request. Very nice. They all saved me $32 on my paint!

On top of that, great spirit in the store, with lots of smiling reps. Thank you!

The only issue: Ms. V. reminded me about completing an online survey. The receipt does NOT reference a survey, but I tried to find it online. All i could find was an expired survey.”

I love ❤️ the selection of Watkins Seasonings & Spices that Menard's carries. They are 1 of few places that carry the variety that they do. I also love their Pet Food & Treats selection. It seems like everytime I visit Menard's, I find something that I was not looking for..I'm not sure if Menard's offers a Military Discount to Veterans?”

“Not my favorite location to go to. I prefer my home location in Bridgeton. They have a very different way of checking out. They assist everybody checking out. I'm not complaining. It goes pretty fast. Their always nice enough.”

“I feel obligated to make time to provide a stellar review for the young ladies of the Overland location. As a new business owner, life can be very stressful and sometimes the smallest things will send u over the edge. Well this would have been the case, but due to these lady’s exemplary display of stellar customer service, I was able to secure one small win that made a world of difference in my day.

Unable to make a purchase using my commercial card (due to not having it physically with me), the ladies in customer service Minetta and Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of making me feel like a burden or bother, these ladies exercised a great deal of patience, empathy, and understanding. It’s sad to say that customer service is so none existent today, I find it surprising when I receive such good service. Because of this i’m compelled to give these women their flowers. They were able to eventually find a solution for me and ultimately resolved my issue. In general, the customer service at this location seems to be a priority. I started off in the check out line and the young lady assisting me was very polite and patient as well. She was a carmel color EXTREMELY petite, longer black hair, and easy on the eyes. I want to say she had a piercing somewhere on her face, but I could be wrong. She was a younger girl, but displayed maturity and professionalism throughout our interaction. This location is diligent in their efforts to provide a top tier experience and I am happy to say they helped me immensely that day. Based off my interaction, we move baby Olive Oyl to customer service as she has the demeanor, patience, and personality for it. We get Minetta and Tiffany in some sort of leadership role/position as they understand the big picture and have demonstrated their ability to exercise good judgement and provide stellar service.
