“I went to the shop to seek chainsaw repair and was informed it would be a 5-6wk turnaround. The attendant asked what was wrong with my chainsaw and I told her. She asked me to bring it in so she could take a look. She inspected the chainsaw and gave me a solution that would not require me to leave it. This was very unexpected but greatly appreciated. With service like that I will definitely be back since I have a lawnmower that is in need of service.”
