“Dropped my phone off there after it was water damaged at a music festival. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly! I expected to pay around a couple hundred because they ended up having to do some experimenting with my phone to figure out what was wrong with it. They kept in contact through the whole proccess, and it ended up only being 120$! My phone feels brand spankin' new! Super highly reccomended! I will be using them again in the future for any of my phone or phone - adjacent repairs!”

“I came to this location and was greeted with a very warm welcome and the biggest smile from Justin. I really enjoyed his customer service experience. Justin made sure that I understood step by step the process of the new service plans that were available and what that plan covered. It was far beyond the customer service experience that I received it was extraordinary great, his skills with making me feel like we had known each other for ever like good long time friends. I truly appreciate how humble and inviting Justin was with me in giving me different choices.
