“This schnucks is pretty good. I used to work in the pharmacy and it was a good job. Kinda pisses me off that this one only has the small self checkout bagging area and there are never paper bags. If u ask for them at the reg check out line the baggers usually get visably annoyed. Oh well!!”

“I have switched from Walgreens to CVS. Everyone is very helpful. I get my medicine on time if I have any questions I leave a voicemail and they respond within an hour quickly. Any issues I’m having they have taken care of. I am very happy with being with CVS”

“5 stars because they always have what I need and CVS offers great coupons. Don’t have much to say about customer service though. I’ve never been helped by anyone. No one ever asks if I need help or anything. There have been times where I’m in and out of the store without ever even seeing a worker lol. It doesn’t bother me though. I just get what I need and go to self checkout.”

“Aaron went above and beyond to get my family their Tdap vaccines. I had appointments at another location and after 30 minutes of waiting they let us know they did not have them in stock. Called the Grandview pharmacy and Aaron was pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. We were able to walk in, fill out the paperwork and he even called the insurance company when one of the shots did not go through the insurance. This is what healthcare and the future of pharmacy should be. A pharmacist who actually cares about their patients.”

“Every time I visit the CVS on Parker Road I have encountered friendly and professional employees. That says a lot to me in these days of poor customer service in so many places. I want to give a special shout out to the store manager, Baraka, who helped me with an issue with a photo order. Sure did appreciate him going above and beyond to get my order straightened out.”
“I called this store very upset that the pharmacy had placed me on hold and never came back to the phone only to find out that they left for the day… all while I was still on hold. From the time that I called actual store (still on hold with the pharmacy on another phone), the guy answering the store phone was very respectful and immediately got a manager. The Shift Lead was very polite and apologized even though she personally had no reason to. She showed empathy and even let me vent a little. She talked some and then I talked some. All I can say is that I felt heard and seen. She wanted to escalate the situation higher up, but I didn’t want all of that. I just want the respect that we deserve as customers/patients when it comes to this pharmacy.”

Traveled to the area to visit grandbabies , something I can rarely do. the Airline lost my carry on they insisted I check( another story) but in it was a weeks worth of my medication! something I can not do without. Called the Shackelford store and Leslie asked if I could come in so she could be sure she had the proper prescriptions and check my ID. I went in and they were very busy, but where isn't now a days. Even though they were busy they were wonderful when it was my time. they were able to contact the Walgreens in my town and got me enough medication to get me thru my visit. I also bought a Squishmallow.”

“We’ve been using Walgreens for years. Lately they have stopped auto calling when a prescription has been filled. I’ve told at least 10 people to change the records for myself and my husband and they haven’t. That part I don’t understand.”
