“I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely stellar experience at Maine Stain Custom Auto Detailing and Car Wash! The exterior hand car wash and dry service was exceptional. You won’t get a better wash at those chain conveyer belt drive through washes. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything was cleaned and dried. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire process enjoyable. The price and just over 45 minutes wait were well worth it. “In August 2021 my 1953 Ford Sunliner stopped running while on the highway. It was towed to Its Alive and a broken wire was found in the distributor. Since then, Its Alive mechanics have fixed the trans. linkage, installed seat belts, installed power brake booster, fixed a heat gauge, adjusted the valves and fixed a persistent small transmission leak. Jeff and his mechanics were always fair, knowledgeable and responsive.”

Travis (and all employees here) is extremely considerate, well-informed, patient, and understanding. He took the time to answer my 5+ voicemail messages, is easy to contact, and has helped me through the entire process of finding a discontinued part from a dealer. He is extremely patient and will explain any issue in extreme detail modified to the industry knowledge of the client he’s talking to. He got me in quick and was flexible with the drop off time despite not being booked on the schedule. He checked my crashwrap seal to make sure it would last until service multiple times, and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes from me walking in the door. I love this place! Will recommend to everyone and am very excited to see how my car looks after service… I’ll keep you all posted (:”

“It was easy to set up an appointment for detailing and they got me in immediately upon arrival. They performed a very thorough cleaning job on my Odyssey, inside and out, including shampooing the trunk, which had experienced a spill amd smelled a bit dank before arrival. I was out the door in about 75 minutes. The price was reasonable. The customer service was good. I left extremely happy with the job done and I would definitely return. Zero complaints.”

“Would absolutely recommend this place. I took my new Integra Type S for a ceramic coating and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. They kept me updated with pictures throughout the whole process, so that I could both see that they do indeed perform every step that they claim to, and so that I could keep an eye on the car like it was my child spending their first evening with a new babysitter, which I very much appreciated. Jim, the owner, met me personally when I picked the car up and has kept in touch with advice and products to use so that I can care for the coating at home.IMHO, it is absolutely worth the price to have a professional install - but only if you know they will actually take the time to prepare the paint properly before applying the coating (that's where the cost really comes from, or should) and they definitely did that while also providing excellent, personal, customer service.”
