“As a first home owner it can be frustrating when things break. Our kitchen faucet broke and we went to Lowe’s (because it was closer to us) to try to replace the hose we found online-the help we received there was not great. We were ready to give up but decided go to Home Depot on the off chance they had he hose that was impossible to find. Timothy Danuser went above and beyond to assist us in finding the correct faucet and explained in detail how to install it and recommended a special wrench to save us time and frustration. As a first time home owner I can’t explain how much this meant to us. We will definitely be driving the extra few blocks to Home Depot for our future purchases.”

“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“Salvador and Bernardo were super helpful, very kind and absolutely professional!I found their listing on Facebook Marketplace for used or new with scratch and dent appliances. I ended up purchasing a new Maytag dryer and a new Samsung washing machine. I was okay with the set not matching and some dents. ☺️They have a warranty, and said to let them know if anything goes wrong. They delivered and installed the new appliances and hauled away the old ones for no additional cost!$850 for both appliances for reference.”
“Aye, the Home Depot in Liberty is a grand port indeed, big enough to dock a frigate and with a rental yard fit for any land sailor. I came seeking straight timbers for my ship and maybe to rent a cannon polisher or a plank sharpener, but they had none. Still, they stocked everything else from saws to ropes strong enough to tie down a kraken. Five stars, mates, I will be back when they start renting treasure chests by the hour.”
“The people were really nice, I rented a washer and dryer from them. It went real smooth. The only issue I have is that I was told they had ordered new merchandise for me, but I was actually given the floor model. As long as it works and the guarantee/warranty is active, I'm good. Better communication would have been more ideal, but it worked out okay.”

“I purchased Rockwood shutters from Home Depot. The sales people were nice, helpful. I had a choice of doing a virtual measure of my windows with a rep from Rockwood or having someone come to my home. I chose virtual. Skeptical but WOW. Candy Armer from Rockwood was awesome. Together, we got it done with little effort and she got me an estimate. Next, I got an email from a member of Rockwood's Concierge team. They informed me that they were there for me throughout the process. They made arrangements for the final measure. The installer came and was terrific. We went over all the details, how the shutters would be mounted, open, close. My windows can be tilted in and cleaned top and bottom -- all accounted for. A date was set for installation, Doug came, installed them AS SCHEDULED. NO DRAMA and I L O V E this product. They are gorgeous! I highly recommend both Home Depot and Rockwood. Home Depot has the BEST payment plans to you can pay over time. I've done it many times and had great success. Rockwood exceeded my expectations multiple times.”

“Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants...I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers...but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel d**** just ditch him and latch on to another.”
