“I came in to pick up an order for my wife that she had previously tried to pick up but it wouldn’t fit in her car. The man working up front was super professional and quick to find the ticket. He had me pull around to the side and they had me loaded up and out of there in no time.”
“I bought a used washer from here in October of 2019. It is now December 2020 and the washer has worked well and has had no issues. I don't remember the exact price I paid but it was between $150-$250.”
“Had a capacitor got out on my air conditioner. Was able to schedule a person to come out same day which was great because it was 95 degrees outside. Hamilton Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out. Tech Luis was fantastic, very personable, and went above a beyond by cleaning the outside unit as well. Was a little pricey but for same day and excellent service, it was worth it.”
“We had to replace all the blinds in our town home and we really had no idea what we were doing. We made about several trips to the store after we confirmed our measurements. They have a gentleman that help folks with blinds there and without him, we would have been lost. His name is Brent and if you ever need to buy blinds there, be sure to ask for him.”

“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“I rented a side cutter from here. It worked extremely well. They take great care of their equipment. The check-in and checkout process was seamless and they help me negotiate the best deal for the time that we spent. I highly recommend them!”

“Can I double this 5/5 score to 10/10? I had to come in today after losing power during a storm. My house temp was rising and I came to this location because online it showed some limited stock of a Ryobi fan I needed. I stopped an employee named Scott, who walked me to the place where I could find the fan, only to realize there was no stock left there. He walked me all over the store to find one the system said they had. He and and a few other employees brought it down from a pallet on the top rack, and didn't make it feel/sound like I was inconveniencing them. A small moment in their day made a HUGE difference in mine. My family and I are comfortably home with the fan. Gentry was also a very helpful staff member at checkout who answered my questions about the battery systems. All around great experience!”
“My nephew gave me the task of putting a new sound system in his car. I usually go to the one out on 95th, but the tech directed me to a guy that's been doing this for over 20 years in liberty so I called and talked to him and he gave me some really good advice on what to get so he will be my next stop when I'm ready to get it installed.”
“The people were really nice, I rented a washer and dryer from them. It went real smooth. The only issue I have is that I was told they had ordered new merchandise for me, but I was actually given the floor model. As long as it works and the guarantee/warranty is active, I'm good. Better communication would have been more ideal, but it worked out okay.”

“I visited in early June. The plants all looked to be in great shape, minus a few smaller perennials. I was able to find pavers I'd been looking for and mulch on a steep discount. The bees happily buzzing around was an added bonus!”
“I purchased Rockwood shutters from Home Depot. The sales people were nice, helpful. I had a choice of doing a virtual measure of my windows with a rep from Rockwood or having someone come to my home. I chose virtual. Skeptical but WOW. Candy Armer from Rockwood was awesome. Together, we got it done with little effort and she got me an estimate. Next, I got an email from a member of Rockwood's Concierge team. They informed me that they were there for me throughout the process. They made arrangements for the final measure. The installer came and was terrific. We went over all the details, how the shutters would be mounted, open, close. My windows can be tilted in and cleaned top and bottom -- all accounted for. A date was set for installation, Doug came, installed them AS SCHEDULED. NO DRAMA and I L O V E this product. They are gorgeous! I highly recommend both Home Depot and Rockwood. Home Depot has the BEST payment plans to you can pay over time. I've done it many times and had great success. Rockwood exceeded my expectations multiple times.”
“Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants...I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers...but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel d**** just ditch him and latch on to another.”

“I left my Juki DX2000-QVP with them to get serviced, and let me tell you, this machine works better now than it has ever worked in my entire time owning it. They were super fast to work on it, ahead of the estimated date they told me to expect to get it back.
Everyone I spoke to from dropping it off and picking it up were so nice and enthusiastic about taking care of my machine. I almost never want to leave Kansas City out of fear of losing access to such a great store. So so so so happy to be able to take my machine to them!”
