“Customer service is so important, I stopped for gas when I was by one but never made it a priority. I had a job interview and I had a list of things I needed, an hour before I get a text "I forgot I need a copy of your driver's license, I'm panicked, where can I get a copy of it, in the time I had. I call a couple of places and told yes we have a copier but you can't use it, don't care that it's an emergency, then I call Quick trip and the manager says of course you can get a copy, it's an emergency. So instead of going half a mile I need to go 2 miles to get the copy, all is great, Quick Trip is now a priority to go to for gas, milk, lottery tickets (I can have hope) they have my thanks.”
“I live in Guatemala and (Bill Edgell) has ALWAYS helped with any challenge I have ever had in my banking woes living abroad. I can't say enough about the personal attention this branch gives. I can only describe it as FABULOUS bed-side manner so to speak. You can't go wrong here as customer service is not something clients get these days, HOWEVER with Bank Midwest (at least THIS location) its the best in the banking business I assure you!!!!”
