I can only describe it as FABULOUS bed-side manner so to speak. You can't go wrong here as customer service is not something clients get these days, HOWEVER with Bank Midwest (at least THIS location) its the best in the banking business I assure you!!!!”

“Customer service is so important, I stopped for gas when I was by one but never made it a priority. I had a job interview and I had a list of things I needed, an hour before I get a text "I forgot I need a copy of your driver's license, I'm panicked, where can I get a copy of it, in the time I had. I call a couple of places and told yes we have a copier but you can't use it, don't care that it's an emergency, then I call Quick trip and the manager says of course you can get a copy, it's an emergency. So instead of going half a mile I need to go 2 miles to get the copy, all is great, Quick Trip is now a priority to go to for gas, milk, lottery tickets (I can have hope) they have my thanks.”
“I was very satisfied with the Commerce bank in Gladstone,because it is more User Friendly to Disabled people....you can do more business thru the Drivee-Thru...Simple things that are Convenient to the Handiicapped and Not Important to an Able-bodied person...Also if you do go inside you are treated courteously by very helpful and knowledgeable workers...”
