“My favorite place to stop for gas cigarettes & fountain drinks . Great cigarette prices.They have 2 pack special pricing and accept coupons. My last 2 packs cost me less than 8. Less than $4 per pack of Marlboro with my rewards and no cupon. Gas 15 cents off per gallon on Fridays and 5 cents off per gallon every other day with KC rewards.. Put in your phone number everytime you check out and it saves you money.”
“The Meat and Seafood counter at the Hy-Vee in Gladstone 7113 n prospect is the best. Always attentive to there customers. If you are looking for something for what to make for dinner but didn't come with a plan. Stop by the meat counter first. Tell them what you like and the can will advise to options to please your palate. When ever I don't know what to fix I stop and speak with some of the middle aged and older gentleman. The have some pre prepped items like stuffed pork chops or preseasoned chicken or steak fajitas . You just pop them in the oven or skillet to cook.”

“First it started as what was closest, now I realize nowhere else does it better. The staff are always very friendly, it is an absolutely outstanding group they have there. They keep it clean and have good food.

“I'm dubious about all the 'rude staff' reviews for this location. I've been going to this CVS for 10+ years. These recent reviews from others do NOT reflect my experience. I did have some of these complaints a year or so ago - before they obviously made some staffing and process changes. I think service has improved since then. Yes, the monitor logins seem more impersonal, but staff have frequently been helpful and friendly with me. Helped me figure out things when I had questions. And I observe that the frequent long lines at the walk in pharmacy are a thing of the past. Maybe because of the changes they've implemented?
I think health care is confusing for all of us. Some have better coverage than others. Insurance companies are difficult to work with. I think the pharmacy often gets the blame when insurance policies become unreasonable. But I watch as the staff here frequently call in to the insurance providers to act on customers' behalf.
I just don't personally experience all the negatives I'm reading. Also possible some of the reviewers are writing about the wrong location. CVS is everywhere. To be clear - this review is for 72nd and N. Oak.
P.S. Forgot to mention. My wife still uses a different pharmacy with a different company. Won't say who, but a big W. Her experience is far worse than even the most scathing of reviews I've read for CVS. Stubbornly, she just refuses to move all her scripts.”

“Awesome store an Manager. We bobtailed over to get groceries and supplies. The Walmart next door said No!! They told us if we can find a safe place to park come on over. Very friendly store.”
