“Tonight I had the pleasure of coming in, then having good service from Christopher. I usually don’t get good service from this location, I’m usually greeted with a depressing frown from staff. Christopher was lively and nice! With great conversation, it felt like he actually wanted to be there. Staff should take notes!”

“A true life saver!! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed ASAP. Most tire or auto shops are closed on Sundays, and I was able to call and get in right away. They were even about to close for the day and were able to squeeze me in to patch up my tire that had a nail in it. Truly saved the day and the service was done very quickly! “The Meat and Seafood counter at the Hy-Vee in Gladstone 7113 n prospect is the best. Always attentive to there customers. If you are looking for something for what to make for dinner but didn't come with a plan. Stop by the meat counter first. Tell them what you like and the can will advise to options to please your palate. When ever I don't know what to fix I stop and speak with some of the middle aged and older gentleman. The have some pre prepped items like stuffed pork chops or preseasoned chicken or steak fajitas . You just pop them in the oven or skillet to cook.”

“I stopped for an energy drink and a slice of pizza (should have bought two pieces). I handed the clerk a Fifty dollar bill, which he verbally acknowledged as such. He then counted back change for a Twenty, and started to turn to the next customer. I called him out and eventually got it corrected.
So PAY ATTENTION to your change.

“I prefer Fast & Fresh over most other big gas station chains.They have limited grilled rollers but they have Nathan hotdogs for cheap. They have pizza slices, full breakfast and sandwiches all day restaurant style and priced like fast food. Better selection than QT and better products.”

“Kansas City's best gas station! Customer service is fantastic! Always clean and organized! Great prices! Huge food selection! Did you know you can blend your own ice cream shake? I didn't know for years! Sausage biscuit? Beats McDonald's! Slushies in the summer! I have friends that pass through Missouri all the time and the funniest thing I always hear is how "cool" QT is!
