Somehow, Savanah knew my email address before I even told her my name. And then, almost before I finished my sentence requesting the records, she had already emailed them to me. It was borderline amazing! She's either super efficient at her job or psychic. In a world where I seem to have so much trouble even getting to talk to a customer service person, this was the best I have ever received.
