I won't take my pets anywhere else because I trust the doctors. Their fees are reasonable as well. I do wish the office would accepy appointments. The wait time can vary from 20 mins to well over an hour so you must plan accordingly.

The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you.
This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy. It was fun and inviting. The vet was chill and knowledgeable. It seemed like the staff got along and enjoyed eachother and their job. Which is good because the vet can be pretty stressful.

Discharge paperwork and vaccination summary print outs at check out automatically would have been appreciated. Other than that, overall very happy and will be returning for additional care. The vet tech was great! She was knowledgeable, good at her job, kind and patient with my afraid pup, and hilarious! We bonded over her flip cellphone and growing up in the 90s. Thank you for making me and the dog comfortable! What I appreciated most is I wasn't pressured into further diagnostic testing or treatment and was provided with good info without guilt. Vet also made cost saving suggestions in the meantime. It felt like genuine good business practice.

These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniv here with some close friends. This is our second visit here, going on many more!
Only brunch is served on Sundays from 10a-2p. Enjoy the buffet full of eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, biscuits n gravy, salmon, stuffed pasta shells, & more! Bottomless mimosas set the food off perfectly!
I made reservations ahead of time for one of the rooms. I suggest doing that if you’re going to have a larger group.
The atmosphere is noisy but not too loud you can’t hear your convos. They stay on top of the refills which is great when your having drAnks ??
The owner came by to make sure we were doing well. A nice touch every time he does that. Reasonably priced at $29 which includes bottomless mimosas, endless fruit juice, or champagne!!
If you haven’t been to V’s in Independence, do it now so you don’t miss out on the Sunday Brunch! Gotta go back & try a meal at another time of day.
