3625 S Noland Rd, IndependenceAs local Betta breeders in Missouri, we have been actively seeking wild or pure Betta fish to rectify the bloodline in a hobby that has become overly focused on inbreeding and improper care for these beautiful creatures. During my visit to Live Arts, I met the owners, who are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and open to providing accurate information on proper fish care. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by visually appealing natural fish housed in their natural-growing tanks. There were no cups or small tanks in sight, and no plastics were present in the tanks. They assisted me in ordering and locating the most aesthetically pleasing wild Plakat Betta. I placed the order on a Tuesday and received a healthy and happy fish by Friday. The fish acclimated rapidly and began consuming live brine shrimp almost immediately. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and intend to continue working with this amazing local family-run business.

I won't take my pets anywhere else because I trust the doctors. Their fees are reasonable as well. I do wish the office would accepy appointments. The wait time can vary from 20 mins to well over an hour so you must plan accordingly.

Old Town Veterinary Care

The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you.
This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy. It was fun and inviting. The vet was chill and knowledgeable. It seemed like the staff got along and enjoyed eachother and their job. Which is good because the vet can be pretty stressful.

Discharge paperwork and vaccination summary print outs at check out automatically would have been appreciated. Other than that, overall very happy and will be returning for additional care. The vet tech was great! She was knowledgeable, good at her job, kind and patient with my afraid pup, and hilarious! We bonded over her flip cellphone and growing up in the 90s. Thank you for making me and the dog comfortable! What I appreciated most is I wasn't pressured into further diagnostic testing or treatment and was provided with good info without guilt. Vet also made cost saving suggestions in the meantime. It felt like genuine good business practice.

These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!

3750 South Noland Road, IndependenceLook, if you like burgers just be ready!!! You'll never want Culver's or 5guys again!! It was incredible! Try the Rascal sauce! It's got a nice kick but not overwhelming! Dipped some chili cheese tots in it as recommended by the guy on the truck! The guys working the truck were super nice and gave fast service!

11825 E US Hwy 40 D, IndependenceOur waitress was wonderful. I don’t remember her name. Food came out very quickly. We had crab and shrimp and then we tried the crab Rangoon. The Rangoon was great actually. You could taste the real crab! We got the 88 seasoning with no spice. It was great. That corn was the best I’ve ever had!! The shrimp was so good! Now the crab, however, was over cooked. Every single leg. :( but it was still good. But you have to put in enough work to eat crab, you want to have chunks of crab not like strings. I’m going to give this place another try tho. Although the reviews are disheartening. Letting patrons blare loud music at their table is not ok. Not servicing tables is not ok. Having people leave is just crazy! Never heard of this! Trust me I will update when I come back if things aren’t good and if the crab is still over cooked. Or cooked perfectly!
