“Very small deposit to have 2 dogs there. The rooms were very big. Got a suite i think. Had my birthday party there, most of it. I would definitely recommend them. This was my second time there.”
“I lived here for a year and I gotta say this place was great. Maintenance was the best I ever have seen at an apartment complex extremely fast. Very quick to reply about any noise complaints as well. Pool is very nice and the dwelo stuff was very convenient. When I moved out they paid the whole deposit back and gave us our prorated rent without hesitation this is unheard of for me in a complex they usually try and nickel and dime you on the way out. If i had to list some negatives the gym needs new equipment the parking can be tough to find a spot and neighbors can be noisy and barking dogs you can hear through the walls. But the staff was always taking my noise complaints very seriously and responded very quick. So why did I move out the rent was raised significantly after 1 year and I would not be able to afford the payments anymore. But if you have the income this place is a great choice.”
“I recently moved back into the area from Oregon. I looked at several properties and Henry and the staff at Mission 106 made my decision very easy. Very professional, they follow through on what the tell you and the maintenance team is very responsive.
The property is stunning with so many restaurants, etc within walking distance. A great place to call home.”

“Resort style livingThe Kessler is a wonderful place to live if you prefer resort style living. Unfortunately, it just wasn't for us. Jamee, the property manager and James are very dedicated and attentive to residents needs. Jamee generally responds back to emails within the same day providing assistance, she's a very good manager.The Kessler is a resort style apartment complex that offers many amenities. The maintenance crew is excellent and responds/fulfills same day maintenance requests.Our 2 bedroom corner apartment has a very large balcony that functions as a year around seasonal room for us. This is an excellent feature if you enjoy being outdoors. In addition, the appliances are top of the line.Give the Kessler a look if you are wanting an upgrade in apartment living. The resort style is pretty amazing.”

“I was very disappointed with the last place I lived and was very skeptical that the reviews were too good to be true here. I have was pleasantly surprised that they were true. I find it amazing that one person (BJ) can run this whole place by himself and keep it running as smoothly as he does. I understand that won't always be first in line when I have a maintenance issue but it always gets taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to live.”

The property is well-maintained, and I always feel safe coming home. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and has great natural light. The amenities (parking, laundry, fitness center, etc.) are reliable and convenient, which makes day-to-day living so much easier.”
“If you are nice to them, they will be nice to you. Been here for a year the apartments are nice, well insulated and in a great location considering everything including groceries to fun things to do is about 15 min away or less. My electric bill with the central ac running all summer has been around $70…not bad in my opinion. Maintenance shows up in a timely manner, the guys are also fairly nice and communicative. Front office isn’t good abt answering your calls or returning them, but if you don’t mind going to the front office they are fairly reasonable with requests or concerns. I’ve lived in 4 different complexes and I can confidently confirm this one is by far the best out of all of them bc of its design, installation in the apartments, location and amenities. All of those things bring me to say I also feel the pricing is fairly reasonable compared to a lot of places today and yes I’ve done my research. I also had multiple coworkers at a previous job say they had lived here for years when they were still bachelors or bachelorettes and loved it themselves. Those are my two cents, hope this can help others with their decision!”
“The tour I went on with Adrianna was really nice, she was very informative. The last time I went here for a tour was about 3 years ago and the difference is huge. The apartments have been renovated and looks great. The staff there is great as well”
“Office staffer Reggie helpful.maintance man took care of pluged toilet. First 2 calls were not even recorded until I went to the office and he wrote up the work order,then they came within 30 to 40 min. The maint.recording liine is unanswered and worthless with no reurn calls or text.

“I Iike the park and soccer field they put in. My kids love to play basketball so now they have a place to play. Everyone in the office is great and friendly. I had to get some important paperwork to the school for my kids and they printed off everything I needed and it was so helpful. I’ve live here 7 years and have seen many improvements over the years. Thumbs up!”
