“We are fairly new and I just wanted to say I think the customer service is great. This credit union reminds me of the credit union I grew up with. My grandmother was the President of the Stationary Credit Union and it always felt like family. When I come through they know me by my first name..and I love it❤️ the only think I have to complain about is the online banking system. “Chaz helped my husband and I with a very sticky situation today. He was able to help us out immensely on our closing day when I mistakenly had a check for a large amount written out to the incorrect title company. He was able to understand the situation, verify with the DM what was needed to be done, and then sit on hold with an out of state bank for 20 minutes to verify funds and have a new check cleared that day. Chaz has gone above and beyond and spent a lot of time and attention to our needs. We will for sure be coming to him for future banking/finance needs.”
