“Excellent bank; Excellent service, great customer service. I helped a Bank of America customer switch to NASB because she was stressed at how she was being treated. She was amazed at the NASB experience compared to what she had been experiencing. I told her it would be great, and that has been confirmed consistently for the now 4 years that she has been a NASB customer. I have been a customer much longer, and I would not consider dropping NASB. I had one experience where the drive through was slow. It was a new employee learning her job. Spoke to a bank employee about it, and the situation was immediately resolved. Never since have I experienced that problem. I highly recommend NASB. They also have special programs to help local communities.”
