“The hotel was quiet, clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were amazing and a good breakfast selection. Lots of shops and stores within driving distance. Now the bad- the area around the hotel is a little sketchy, the pool is super small and they definitely could use more accommodations for guests such as outside seating and such. Other than that, great stay!”

“Our stay at the Meadowbrook was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean, which is sad to say in any review. The bathroom and walk in shower was spacious as well as the room itself. We live in Overland Park and I Pokémon hunt in Meadowbrook Park so it was really close and reasonable for a staycation. The only criticism, which is I see in most of the comments, is the small size of the Market. Luckily there are a multitude of restaurants in the area so it wasn’t a real disappointment. We will definitely stay again.”

“Our stay was good overall. The staff was very pleasant and responsive. I think the rooms could use a little refreshing. We also noticed some things were missing from the room that used to be provided such as only 1 piece of furniture that the tv sits on. No other flat pieces. Only 1 fold up luggage rack to set suitcase on. The spouses suitcase had to sit on floor or bed to unpack. There was always plenty of parking and easy access to main roads.”

While there were several factors at play in the selection process, I expressed to our SVP that the confidence I felt in your team made all the difference. Knowing that I was in the capable hands of such a dedicated staff provided me with peace of mind as I managed the event from start to finish.
Throughout the entire planning and execution process, Jessica and Sydnee exceeded all expectations. Their proactive approach and unwavering support alleviated much of the usual stress that accompanies event coordination. They were always a step ahead, ready to assist with questions and details, and their enthusiasm was contagious! “Our family booked a room at the other Springhill Suites Overland Park at 12000 Blue Valley Parkway only to discover they cancelled our reservation less than 3 hours away from arrival. As a result, our family was left scrambling on Memorial Day weekend to find another hotel. I contacted this location and spoke with Ashley over the phone. Though I had an awful experience at their other location, I just wanted to express my gratitude to Ashley at this hotel. She was very kind and helpful. I could tell she did her very best to help us. Even though they were fully booked, thank you, Ashley for all you did! I would’ve totally stayed here if they weren’t booked.”

“best hotel ever. this is my second stay this week and i am pleased each time. food is amazing, rooms are outstanding and clean, location is great and the front desk service is so welcoming and outgoing. the fitness area is nice for a quick workout. havent checked out the pool yet but i already know it is nice. i will definitely stay at this hotel more often when traveling up here”

“I rented a remote office out of Corporate Lakes Executive Suites (CLS) for 13 years. It was an exceptional office share situation. In addition to private offices, they have shared conference rooms, kitchen/break room, gourmet coffee, snacks and even a golf simulator. I was able to cancel my gym membership because of the on site workout room (with shower facility), and adjacent outdoor walking/running trails. The office manager, Emelina and her team always took great care of me with any administrative support that I needed. I also appreciated the atmosphere / vibe of the culture (with the other tenants). It was professional but not stuffy or uptight. If my company had not expanded to the point where we outgrew the available space, I would still have my office there.”

“Admittedly, I was hesitant to book here after reading some reviews about the property being unkept and in need of repair. After staying here I can say this hotel is well kept, well managed and in a fantastic location. It's within walking distance to more shops and restaurants than you can imagine. My first impression was from Kate at the front desk who was absolutely a delight. She was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. The room was clean, smelled great and had a enviable view of the ice skating rink. The view of the Christmas lights was a great touch. Parking was simple and free to the garage just north of the hotel, about a two minute walk.”

“Had a great stay here at the Holiday Inn. Front desk employees were beyond accommodating, the rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful. Was even able to do some laundry before we left home. “if it wasn’t for the service there and the people who work there it would have been a worst stay but the front desk clerks do try there best to make your stay at least doable. if it wasn’t for that i would’ve asked for a refund. especially with that one clerk Joey. he tried his best to make our stay enjoyable no matter what issues came up. Rooms are passable and location may not be great but the employees make up for it, at least the front desk clerks do.”
