“I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts and feedback regarding our recent experience at the Marriott during the 2026 Sales Conference, held from February 1st to February 3rd.
From the very first interaction, I was struck by the warm welcome and professionalism exhibited by Jessica and Sydnee. Their meticulous attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm were pivotal in my decision to choose your venue. While there were several factors at play in the selection process, I expressed to our SVP that the confidence I felt in your team made all the difference. Knowing that I was in the capable hands of such a dedicated staff provided me with peace of mind as I managed the event from start to finish.
Throughout the entire planning and execution process, Jessica and Sydnee exceeded all expectations. Their proactive approach and unwavering support alleviated much of the usual stress that accompanies event coordination. They were always a step ahead, ready to assist with questions and details, and their enthusiasm was contagious! I received numerous compliments from my colleagues about the superb service your hotel provided, which truly contributed to the event’s success.
I am genuinely excited about continuing our partnership with your hotel and team in the future. “I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and organized. Overall, it was a reliable, comfortable stay and I’d definitely choose Hampton Inn again.”

“We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. It’s a very charming hotel with amazing staff! They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are so nice and spacious. The bathrooms are extremely clean and also very spacious. The Market has delicious food and desserts to enjoy. The location of the hotel is perfect for families because the parks are within walking distance and are beautiful parks. We usually bring our kiddos scooters and ride them around to all the different parks in the area. I could not say enough nice things about this hotel and their amazing staff.Rooms: Spacious and beautiful. Very clean and well kept.Nearby activities: The parks are so wonderful for kids! We love the location.”

“Everyone staff member we talked to was super friendly. The hotel and room seemed very clean and taken care of. There was an annoying sound in the room we had that happened periodically, but fortunately when traveling, we always bring a small fan for white noise. The bed was confortable, and we can be picky about that. The one draw back to the hotel is the small breakfast area that becomes very overcrowded in the morning. Overall, happy with our stay here.”
“Stayed 1 night in a standard King hed room and was impressed that it came with a great little kitchenette. (Sink with an additional tap for filtered water, toaster, single serve coffee maker, microwave, a mini fridge, glass food storage containers, and real flatware.) The room and linens were CLEAN, staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were fantastic. As others have stated, my only conplaint was light coming in around and under the door which also created some noise issues when anyone walked down the hall.”

“Admittedly, I was hesitant to book here after reading some reviews about the property being unkept and in need of repair. After staying here I can say this hotel is well kept, well managed and in a fantastic location. It's within walking distance to more shops and restaurants than you can imagine. My first impression was from Kate at the front desk who was absolutely a delight. She was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. The room was clean, smelled great and had a enviable view of the ice skating rink. The view of the Christmas lights was a great touch. Parking was simple and free to the garage just north of the hotel, about a two minute walk.”

“I love Ramone. Jason. Elsie n messiah.. they so understanding and cool… they not judgmental and they talk to you like a human.. not like a homeless bum… they the best and if anybody say else wise they jst mad the didn’t get they way… period …Any issues you have they try to solve asap… I can’t speak for everybody but for me a single mom of 2 under 5 they really helpful and i appreciate them more than they know…”

“if it wasn’t for the service there and the people who work there it would have been a worst stay but the front desk clerks do try there best to make your stay at least doable. if it wasn’t for that i would’ve asked for a refund. especially with that one clerk Joey. he tried his best to make our stay enjoyable no matter what issues came up. Rooms are passable and location may not be great but the employees make up for it, at least the front desk clerks do.”
“With the economy as it is, to keep prices low, a lot of Motel 6s are taking away amenities and doing alternate day cleaning... I get it. Unfortunately, this means people aren't booking even at the low price point, so income is affected. Outside of the door to my room not having weather stripping -- so when it rained yesterday, I had to put a towel in front of the door to keep the water out -- the room was quite comfortable. I did miss having hangers for my clothes.
The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly and helpful. They seemed to truly appreciate my business.
Nestled in a cul de sac of less expensive and moderately priced motel/hotels, there's a 7-ELEVEN in walking distance and a number of food joints within driving distance.”
