I got fitted for a 3-piece 1920's-style suit and a shirt, able to customize everything from the buttons to the embroidery thread, all in just over an hour and a half. All materials are top-notch. Luke was very nice, helpful in giving honest feedback from his experience, constructive, and has helped me design a suit I am confident will last my lifetime. Can't wait for the final product!”

“First time in probably 10 years I went to The Buckle. I’m transitioning from a leggings gal to a jeans girl. I wanted comfy jeans and I remembered Buckle having comfy jeans. Not being an “in-store” shopper, I ordered several things online to pick up in the store. When I arrived to grab my order (which took under two hours for them to pull together) I was just going to run in and out. That was the plan. One of the reasons I choose to buy online and there’s multiple reasons, is that if I was to go in a store, I would stay forever looking and trying on. Being a mom of eight I don’t get much time by myself. When I have a I don’t get much time by myself. When I have an opportunity To shop by myself, it turns into an all day ordeal. What was supposed to be a 15 minute in and out ended up being an hour and a half. I kept on seeing things I liked and wanted to try on, and then the girls were more than happy to find me other articles of clothing to try on. When things didn’t fit, they came back with the right size and if the size wasn’t available they would give me a different brand, but same style. They were born to be s stylist/personal shopper, and I appreciate that because I have no style (remember everyday legging person here). I may appreciate it but my bank account does not?. At the end of my “Lost in The Buckle” Episode I ended up being late to an appointment which is primarily my fault because along the way, I lost my keys. The three employees in the store helped me for 10 minutes trying to find them. Apparently I had set them on a table when looking at shirts. Long long story short I ended up returning the two jeans I bought online along with one shirt and bought four jeans, six tops and a pair of shoes. Three of the tops and the shoes were on clearance and super cheap. Yes, I ended up spending more however, I’m extremely happy with what I got. All I can say (actually I say a lot bc I’m a rambler) is that the online ordering and picking up in store was easy and quick, the employees were amazing, and the clothes are just cool.”
“On March 4, 2025, I went to Old Navy in Lee Summit,MO.
Omg, Holly, customer service skills was off the change. She was so polite and very professional. We were talking and she made suggestions on things that I had purchased for my grandchildren. I was so impressed that I told her that I don't see this kind of customer services in young people like her.
I couldn't help myself, I really like her.
I even told her manager that she's was the best. When you have this skills dealing with the public is a plus.
This young lady will go far.
Her skills were natural.
I give her a 20 out of 10.

We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. I told him what I need and want. He did all the work for me. In and out in a hour. A little more than an hour. I got shoes socks slacks belt two shirts jacket and a tie! Rance did it all.

“Have been here multiple times for a buddies wedding and ended up doin wedding rentals through MW as well. Trey'vonn is the man you NEED to see there. Very knowledgeable, honest, and just kind. My fiance and I would go just to see if he was there then conduct our business we needed to get done while giving his opinions on what he did as well as what others have done. He's a guy that loves what he does and would take his clothes off his back to ensure you are lookin good on your special day. Can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. 10/10 recommend”

A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”

I bought a suit jacket, dress shirt, and slacks from here, for $300-$350 months ago.
Yesterday, I came in and got another dress shirt and tie, but was having trouble finding the best pairing. David, the manager there, was kind enough to troubleshoot the problem with me and we were able to successfully find the best option. I complained about the price of the tie, but he was kind enough to give me a discount since I had a history of shopping at the store. Quick and efficient process.
They will continue to have my business in the near future!”
