“Bought some pants online went to the store to exchange them. I was surprised at how busy the place was at 11:00am on a Saturday and there were only three people working. The employee with the cute black square glasses was super sweet and helpful even in the middle of all the busyness. She was remembering and talking with all the customers like they were old friends and very attentive to their needs. I even commented on how busy it was and she suggested i come back during the week when its a little quieter if i prefer a more calm atmosphere. Not only that when she checked me out she was able to do my returns and my new jeans in a very convenient and fast paced i was impressed and she was singing (very good singer). Kudos to the girl in the cute black square glasses and good singer.”

Location is clean. It is well lit. All the clothing is displayed attractively. Shelves were well stocked and the display shelf I checked was clean.
Floor was reasonably clean.
All the staff was very helpful.
I picked three dress shirts that have a bit of stretchiness to them. They have quickly become my go to dress shirts to wear with my Canali suits.”

“I went to Macy’s in Town Center to find a sudoku capsule wardrobe. I’m a petite with a short waist and have difficulty finding clothing. I met Renee Simmons in Ready to Wear (petites and all areas near the fitting room) and she was one of the best customer services representatives I have met in years! Personable, so very helpful, and she knew in a short time what I needed. I am very grateful for her help this evening! Many kudos to Macy’s for having such a lovely person assisting customers! “Geno's has the best stuff! I was in there for a good time today looking around. Clothes from head to toe. The price reflects on how nice the materials are and show how much thought was put into the selection. The jackets are amazing!!!! I knew what I came in for but I will definitely be back. “I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! “I decided to completely overhaul my wardrobe and to buy pieces I know I will enjoy for years. Shopping is NOT my jam and I told the staff that I was anxious. Holy Cow!! So so sweet and helpful! I didn't finish shopping the first day I went back the following day. I was helped by Jacob, Peter, and Elise between the 2 days. Top tier service and kindness all around. There are some shops in this center where the staff are pretty snooty and not welcoming. Not sure what that vibe is about, but I can say that there was none of that in this store!! My favorite piece I bought is the green coat (in picture below). I am going to wear this thing until the sleeves fall off. ?”
